Description
PhoSL is a lectin that specifically binds to core fucose [Ref]. It can be used to differentiate wild type vs afucosylated antibody in WB and to stain cancer tissues in IHC. The fusion protein of PhoSL with mIgG2c Fc itself is devoid of any fucose in its glycan, thus dramatically increases its binding specificity, and can be used as an excellent reagent for diagnosis.
