Description
PhoSL-hIgG1 is a lectin fused to human IgG constant region and specifically binds to α1-6 fucosylated N-glycans only and not other types of fucosylated oligosaccharides, such as α1-2-, α1-3-, and α1-4-fucosylated glycans. The fusion protein of PhoSL with hIgG1 Fc itself is devoid of any fucose in its glycan, thus dramatically increases its binding specificity, and can be used as an excellent reagent for diagnosis. PE labeled PhosL is human IgG1 isotype.
Figures above use PE PhosL 5 µl for 100 µl staining volume per 1 million cells. (left) is unstained cells. PE PhosL stained wild type CHO (Middle), and afucosylated CHO cells (right).
