5F2 antibody with mIgG2c isotype, when produced in afucosylated (AF) form, has a strong ADCC reactivity shown in a Jurkat mFcRIV or mFcRIIIA/leuciferase system (https://antagen.net/adcc-assay/ and “Cross-species higher sensitivities of FcγRIIIA/FcγRIV to afucosylated IgG for enhanced ADCC” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8408537/). 5F2 was originally selected for its binding to mCD39.
